Refund Policy
Payments made through Entora are one-time and final. Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- If access to the purchased resource is not delivered due to a technical issue
- If a duplicate charge occurs
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method through our payment processor. Both the client's payout and Entora's platform fee are reversed as part of the refund.
How to Request a Refund
Contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed manually by our support team.
Disputes
Please contact Entora support first for billing issues. This allows us to resolve the matter quickly and avoid unnecessary disputes.
